A well-made removable denture should feel like part of its wearer, not a foreign object. At Laboratoire Schaack, we craft full and partial removable prostheses using the SR Ivocap (Ivoclar) injection system. The capsule resin is polymerized under continuous high pressure, eliminating up to 99.4% of monomer residue, reducing shrinkage and achieving millimetric precision.
From custom impression trays, balanced setups or the GERBER concept, facebow transfers, PIEZOGRAPHY and finishing with the injection system, every removable prosthesis we produce delivers excellent stability, function and exceptional comfort. The patient's smile and comfort are guaranteed.
